In Europe, more than 350,000 patients are affected by sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) every year, so it’s essential that your facility be prepared with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) that gives bystanders the confidence to respond in an emergency.

What is an AED?

An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) or defibrillator is a life saving device that can help save the life of someone experiencing a sudden cardiac arrest. They are easy to use, portable, with clear step-by-step instructions so anyone can use them, from a bystander to a trained professional. Resuscitation Council UK encourages all workplaces, schools, and public buildings to have a defibrillator on site.

ITMS can supply and fit an AED on site, as well as provide regular servicing and replacement of entire devices or parts.

  • Total cover of 2 visits to site per year. Each visit would consist of unit inspection, lubrication of lock and hinges and full clean of cabinet, note of expiry dates of pads and battery, with automatic replacement when expired.

  • Along with providing replacement pads if used in an emergency within 24 hours of email notification.

  • Free loan unit provided if the site AED requires repair.

  • 1 annual visit per year

  • Hire of loan unit if required.

This is for less exposed locations
