Defibrillator
services
In Europe, more than 350,000 patients are affected by sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) every year, so it’s essential that your facility be prepared with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) that gives bystanders the confidence to respond in an emergency.
What is an AED?
An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) or defibrillator is a life saving device that can help save the life of someone experiencing a sudden cardiac arrest. They are easy to use, portable, with clear step-by-step instructions so anyone can use them, from a bystander to a trained professional. St Johns Ambulance encourages all workplaces, schools, and public buildings to have a defibrillator on site.
